The Chorus Group appointed Barwin to undertake the faςade restoration of this two six storey adjoining 1870s townhouses, which were converted into eight luxury apartments.

The properties are Grade II-listed 'Queen Anne' style buildings. Hans Place represents one of the most sought after residential addresses in London.

Works consisted of defective Corsehill Red sandstone element to chimney stack cornicing and 3rd-floor cornice to the main existing stone features using Beeck's Insil Masonry Paint supplied by Ty-Mawr.
