SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
- Substrates must be dust-free and clean.
MIXING
- Mix for 4 to 5 minutes with a whisk mixer (450 to 500 rpm). High-speed mixers (more than 500 rpm) are not recommended as they can over-mix the product and modify its performance. Manual mixing is not recommended.
WATER ADDITION
Water Dosage - 1 25kg plus 5 to 5.5 litres if water
Mechanical Mixing - 3 to 5 minutes minimum
APPLICATION
- Apply a first coat of NOVASKIN® COATING with a trowel and float until the grains of NOVASKIN® THERMO PLUS are covered. As soon as this first pass has firmed up, apply a second pass of 1 mm.
- It is possible to smooth the finishing coat with an iron float.
- NOVASKIN® COATING must not cover the flexible seals of stress points.
Suitable For
- Substrates prepared with NOVASKIN® THERMO PLUS, ECOMORTAR® R100 or R50.
- Internal/ external

- A 25kg bag cover 3m² at 5mm
- Maximum overall thickness is 5mm
