Exceptional and long-lasting natural colours for exterior. Graphenstone ColorSystem (GCS) Exterior contains graphene and is available in a colour matte finish. It is a coating with selected pigments for tough and long-lasting colours which will not lose intensity with the time. Ideal for decorating façades. Recommended for exteriors of homes, hotels, museums, shops, etc.

Coverage depends on the type, texture and absorption of the substrate. Over mortars the yield is usually 6-7 m2 per litre, Over plaster or Four2Four about 7-8 m2 per litre, Over previously painted walls 8-9 m2 per litre.
As with any paint, this is based on equal absorption on a completely flat surface. Stippled render finishes may take 25% more paint whereas roughcast finishes may take 50%-100% more paint.
The substrate must be dry, firm, well-adhered and free from any impurities that may hinder the product from setting fully.
If the substrate contains impurities, it is recommended to clean it with pressurised water. Should there be colonies of mould, lichens, algae and bacteria, brush with sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and wait at least 48 hours before painting. If the substrate is sandy, dusty, etc. brush and consolidate with Minerseal Premium diluted 3:1 with water.
If the substrate has salt deposits, brush and apply Neutralysal Premium. If the substrate contains a high moisture level, apply StopWater Premium. If the substrate presents surface cracks, the recommendation depends on the width of the crack:
Apply a coat of Primer GCS Exterior diluted with water at 15% of its weight previously to ensure an even intensive colour. Apply 2 or 3 coats evenly. Paint in sections starting with the borders. Avoid overlapping
