Casein Natural Paint

Casein paint is a powder paint that is based on the milk protein casein and white lime. It has excellent adhesive qualities, and so is fequently added to limewash to improve its stability.

Suitable for interior use, it has a soft, matt aesthetic and is highly breathable.

It is supplied in powder form for mixing as required. You can create colours by adding our powder pigments.

Clay Paint

This exciting alternative to emulsion has a distinctive, ultra matt finish that softens and enhances the light in your room, while its contemporary colours (see below) tempt the senses.

Eco / Natural Paint - Economic White

This is a white, easy-to-use, highly breathable, natural plant-based wall eco paint which is suitable for most internal wall surfaces. This is the most economic of the Aglaia natural eco paints. Aglaia has one of the best credentials in terms of environmentally friendly paints and unlike many other paints on the market supply a full declaration of all ingredients (and a description of what they actually are), they also have an excellent track record of more than 40 years and exceptional technical characteristics so that you can be sure of e.g. the 'breathability' of the paint.

INSIL Natural Mineral Eco Paints - Ty-Mawr Range

This is a solvent free interior, durable mineral paint which is suitable for most internal wall surfaces.

It is as breathable as a limewash which was the traditional paint for finishing lime work but it has 4% artificial resin which helps it to bond on difficult surfaces e.g. where an old emulsion may have been used. This paint is therefore highly popular for the internal walls of churches etc that may have had other paints on in the past but where you wish to maximise breathability.

It also has a very matt aesthetic, similar to a limewash, so helps to keep the 'feel' of old buildings.

Internal Limewash - Ty-Mawr Range

...is the traditional paint used to finish lime work both internally and externally. It is the ideal paint to use on lime plaster/render or masonry/brick pointed with lime mortar as it is the most vapour permeable paint.
