  • Lemon Essential Oil - is a lovely, refreshing and uplifting oil. It can help to soothe irritation caused by insect bites and is also an insect repellent. Also used for athlete's foot, chilblains, colds, corns, dull skin, flu, oily skin, spots, varicose veins, warts. When diluted it can be used in hair rinses, skin toners and fresheners. Excellent as a cleaning aid around the house to remove sticky, gluey deposits (do not use on polished or treated wood). Always test surfaces with a little first.
  • Rose & Geranium Essential Oil - is A fresh floral and sweet-smelling oil. Balancing, calming, relaxes, restores and maintains the stability of the emotions. When burned or vaporised it can relax, restore and maintain the stability of the emotions. It can be helpful to calm the problems caused by PMT. Rose Geranium is also a louse and mosquito repellent.
  • Lemongrass Essential Oil - has many potential uses in aromatherapy. In skin care, it's often blended with a base lotion or cream and used to treat oily skin, acne, for toning open pores and in insect repellent lotions. In massage lemongrass is commonly found in preparations to soothe aching joints and muscles as well as toning muscles, easing tired legs and fatigued bodies. It's often found in sport massage blends. It can be used to stimulate the appetite and relieve indigestion through massage too. When burned or vaporised it is used to stimulate, revive and energise the emotions and relieve stress-related conditions as well as easing nervous exhaustion. It's an antiseptic and is used to help avoid infections, sore throats and laryngitis and reduce fevers.
  • Cedarwood Essential Oil - Warm camphoraceous top note & sweet tenacious woody-balsamic undertone.Fungicidal, antiseptic, relaxing, calming. One of the first essential oils to be extracted - used by the Egyptians for embalming.
  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil - Around the house, Eucalyptus can be added to your laundry in order to provide a lovely fresh feeling to the finished washing. This makes even more sense when you take in to account the deodorising and antiseptic properties of the oil. It makes a great room freshener, especially during times when there are bugs in the house as it not only clears the atmosphere but can also kill airborne germs and viruses. If you're lucky enough to have a spa or home sauna then you can add Eucalyptus to these too - the rest of us can add a couple of drops to a tablespoon of milk to help it disperse in a lovely warm bath.
  • Chamomile Matricaria Essential Oil - The Chamomile Matricaria Absolute in this dilution has even greater properties than Chamomile Roman because it has a higher percentage of azulene. It is very beneficial to the skin due to it's healing and soothing properties. It can help to calm exczema and other flaky skin conditions and calms red or irritated skin due to it's regenerative qualities. It's a very gentle oil which is perfect for use with children and the elderly.
