Neutralysal Premium is a colourless saltpetre resistant treatment. It acts as a salt sequestering agent and prevents the appearance of white stains brought caused by salinity. Ideal for preventing and curing façades and exterior and interior walls that have been degraded by saltpetre.

- Clean the substrate with water to force the precipitation of encapsulated sales.
- Wait at least 48 hoursbefore applying.
- Should there be colonies of mould, lichens, algae and bacteria, brush with sodium hypochlorite (bleach).
- If outer layers are deteriorated, remove them until you reach a clean substrate.
- If the substrate contains pathologies such as moisture due to capillarity, condensation, leak, biodeterioration or movements of the substrate, etc., then it is necessary to resolve the structural problems first.
- Mix well to ensure an even consistency and apply one coat evenly.
- In conditions of 25 ºC and 60% relative humidity, allow 24 hours for drying.
