  • As part of our product support service, if you have any queries concerning the use, installation or application of the products, please visit the Product Page on this website where in most cases you will find application guides or installation videos. Alternatively, call our Product Support team (please have your account number available so that we can quickly identify your order and notes). We are committed to making your project a success.
  • Please be aware that it is not always possible to describe the application process (e.g. especially plasters) in enough detail over the phone to ensure a successful result. it may be advisable to book a day/time with one of our plasterers who could attend the site to advise or support your team. We also run courses here at Ty-Mawr so please visit the Courses section of this website for details.
  • We are always pleased to receive any feedback, images of your project, or if you would like to have your project written up as one of our Case Studies (on our website) then please contact us for details.
