We have over a decade of experience in supporting the products on this website. Our product support team are able to:

• Advise on the most appropriate product for your particular set of circumstances and where necessary send through a comprehensive free technical sheet on the products or systems that you are interested in specifying/purchasing. Samples are also available for many of the products and paints or can be produced.
• Meet with you to discuss a particular project at our own premises (Ty-Mawr, Llangasty or our distribution unit in Brecon).
• Visit sites to provide advice or troubleshoot - this is usually subject to our standard charge plus travelling expenses with any accommodation/flight expenses neding to be covered as well. A report with photographs can also be produced, costs vary depending on size and complexity of project, to summarise our visit and findings.
• Undertake U-Value calculations for our range of insulation products, help advise on compliance with Building Regulations where appropriate. This is a free service when the intention is to purchse/ specify products from Ty-Mawr.
• Provide comprehensive training in the use of our products - please see the Course section. We are also able to arrange for training on specific sites as well as at our premises.
• Deliver RIBA-Accredited CPD seminars.
• Undertake a mortar analysis and matching service
• Match and tailor mix limewashes, wall and wood paints.
