 St Teilo`s Church, The National Museum and Galleries of Wales

This 13th Century Church was moved by The National Museum of and Galleries of Wales to St Fagan`s, Cardiff, it was the first building on the site to be rebuilt entirely using fat lime mortars and plasters. Ty-Mawr designed the limecrete flooring system for the church which incorporates underfloor heating.It is worth remembering that the only reasons these buildings can be dismantled and rebuilt in this manner is because they were built out of lime mortar!
