Glaster tm eco-mortar ...building and pointing

Glaster tm is a blend of lime (binder) and recycled glass (aggregate), to make plasters, renders and mortars which are suitable for old buildings, ecological new builds or for those wanting to add a surface finish with a difference.

This mortar is ideal for building or pointing blockwork, masonry and brick. It is availbale as a dry premix to which water must be carefully gauged on site or as a traditional wet mix made with fat lime putty.

It is important to use a mortar of the correct compressive strength. The full range of fat and hydraulic lime mortars are available. Please refer to the table below or call us for advice if you are unsure of which mortar to order.
