In May 2007, Ty-Mawr successfully gained its ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System award through BM TRADA.
Joyce Gervis, Director said “Quality has always been important to us. When we first established the business it was easy for Nigel and I personally to oversee quality, as the business grew, we became more aware of how important it was to have the systems in place to manage the quality as well as the people committed to delivering it.
The Wales Quality Centre assisted us through the process, preparing us for the assessment in May”.
BM TRADA presented Ty-Mawr with their certificate at a reception at the House of Commons held by Sir Paul Beresford, MP.
