Resin Bonding Coat - Water based, solvent-free base coat with bonding properties for grain-enriched wall paints and plasters. It is a general purpose renovation primer for difficult-to-coat indoor surfaces, eg, old shiny paints, before finishing with one of the Aglaia textured wall paints or finishes,ie, structural casein paint, beeckotex and roll-on plasters.
