Render Gun Hire

Rendergun enables render to be applied much faster and with much less effort than when applying by hand.

Obtaining a good bond between render and substrate is made much easier.

Render applied by Rendergun can be finished conventionally with a wooden or steel float as required. It can also be left 'as applied'  in many different finishes.

Many jobs that are either awkward or impossible by hand are easily accomplished with Rendergun. For example:
Very rapidly providing a perfect first coat, Dubbing out in deep recesses of a substrate (e.g. broken brickwork), and 
rendering straw bale buildings

What finishes can be obtained?

The render can simply be finished with a wooden or steel float to give a flat finish.

All sorts of "as applied" finishes can be easily obtained:

A perfect scratch coat (first coat): This can be applied at the rate of 10 seconds per sq metre and, because it is rough and spiky, it does not need scoring to provide a key for the next coat.

Tyrolean finish

Harled finishes: are obtained by harling (throwing) the render on the wall. This is exactly what Rendergun does very efficiently and easily.

Rustic (Art Deco) finishes: With the right mix, all manner of finishes are possible.

Fine finishes and shelter coats: Using the plate with the smallest hole, a very fine mix can be applied 1mm or 2mm thick. This plate is also ideal for applying shelter coats.

Pebbledash: Aggregate up to 10mm/3/8" can be applied either wet - mixed with a binder as a slurry - or dry.

• Rendergun can easily and very quickly give a thin, spiky first coat on a surface which will provide an excellent key for subsequent coats.
• Suitable mixes can be applied as thickly as required. Insulating renders, for example, can be applied 40 mm / over 1½" thick in one go.
• Any render mix that you would apply by hand can be applied with Rendergun: Sand and cement render, lime render, insulated renders, Tyrolean, wet pebbledash, whatever type of mix or render you want to apply, all can all be put on the wall quickly and efficiently with Rendergun.
