LABC Excellence Awards 2013 - Regional Winners and National Runners-Up!

Ty-Mawr Lime's sublime® floor system - a breathable slab-less insulated lime screed flooring system- was awarded the Overall Winner (Best Technical Innovation) in the Powys Building Control 2013 Excellence Awards, as well as the LABC South Wales Awards.

Ty-Mawr Lime's Technical Director, Nigel Gervis, said: "We were delighted to be announced as winner of the LABC Cymru ‘All Wales’ award for ‘Best Technical Innovation’ for our sublime® flooring system and were extremely proud then to go forward to represent Wales in the UK’s National LABC Building Excellence finals."

At a glamorous ceremony hosted by Giles Brandreth at the Barbican, Ty-Mawr Lime's directors were presented with their finalist certificate in an impressive final that included the Shard and Liverpool Central Library (overall winner).
