Training Courses
Ty-Mawr has been running specialist courses in traditional and ecological building for over a decade on the site of their head office near Brecon.
The newly restored training centre is based in a beautiful farmstead in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Traditional and ecological paints & finishes - 1 day
This introductory day looks at the history of traditional paints as well as the benefits they bring to the health of the building, its inhabitants and the envrionment. The main focus of the day is to look at the practical application of some of the wide range of prodcuts on the market and how to choose the right product for the right situation.
The day is suitable for painters and decorators as well as homeowners and enthusiasts. We do not have a fixed date for this course at present but are planning to run a day in July. Please contact us if you are interested.
