Site Visits

Ty-Mawr's specialist team are able to offer site visits for advice on conservation, repair, renovation and new-build.

We can also produce recommendation reports. We offer a three tier range of services to suit your needs.

• Bronze - Short summary report based on receipt of photographs/plans and telephone discussion/short meeting with you at Ty-Mawr           meeting first 30mins free £30 after - report £110 ex VAT
• Silver - Site visit to provide advice with recommendations for repairs and enhancements using our range of materials           £180 ex VAT plus mileage at 45p/mile
• Gold - Site visit with full site appraisal and a written report of our recommendations for repair. This can involve a condensation risk analysis of any proposed solutions, U-value calculations and engineering considerations for limecrete floors           £250 ex VAT plus mileage at 45p/mile
